don't listen to the voices they're not justified I don't know why keep on smiling come what may don't be running out of choices is it by design? I wonder why second chances never wait every doubt you face every step you take for the sanest days are mad wanting changes in your life she's got the looks and all the moves you're overworked and underpaid you've got to make the grade go, find yourself and all you've been yearning for when you meet the one and she's everything and more and time has never passed when you find that someone you love so say a little prayer now to the man above go, find yourself we'll build a city that can now dream for two sat in your room let me draw you up a plan so roll these stones away and tear down the walls in search of the truth 'cos I'll be your wingman go, find yourself and all you've been yearning for when you meet the one and she's everything and more and time has never passed when you find that someone you love so say a little prayer now to the man above a girl who really needs you looking good just to please you I'm in your corner all the way

autumn heart 05:50
I'm off to dream to drift, heavy with sleep I'd linger on these shadows long, weary... a stolen kiss, a moments bliss can't change this poet and the words that still remain played this autumn heart such moments cannot fade from highs of summertime to the falling of the leaves bittersweet we share the loving of our lives with a smile of comfort where hopes collide and soft and tender are her skies it's never too late for rainbows to shine so let our hearts stay young and strong inside she stole this autumn heart such moments cannot fade from highs of summertime to the falling of the leaves bittersweet we share from the cradle 'till we die with a smile of comfort where hopes collide never too late for rainbows to shine soft and tender are her coloured skies let our hearts stay young and strong inside to see the new morning light so play this autumn heart such moments cannot fade from highs of summertime to the falling of the leaves bittersweet we share the loving of our lives with a smile of comfort where hopes collide

2000 days 03:04
wide awake yet in a dream with my shaky self esteem an ageing face regards it all mirror mirror on the wall that’s the way it’s got to be for as far as I can see play acoustic all the night am I where I ought to be? one of these days you'll be mine one of these years I will surely find 2,000 days still to give I'm doing fine forced to walk a certain path insecure, a nervous laugh beauty never has to fade but you were never mine to take if that’s the way it’s got to be the hardest lessons ever learnt play piano through the night until the day that you return one of these days you'll be mine one of these years I will surely find 2,000 days still to give I'm doing fine meet me somewhere down this highway I've got my pride to keep me warm tell a story, turn the pages of love forlorn one of these days you'll be mine one of these years I will surely find 2,000 days still to give I'm doing fine

financial wizard he's a silver lizard tycoon drains his glass for one more time looks round the room spends time in playing the tables came to win, midas touch, turned to gold so place your bets with accidental innocence she turns it on learnt from much too young a price to pay she ain't no model - actor-ess just made up elegance she says " refresh my drink come over, and then maybe... I've a got some time to satisfy. Got your card to use to wine and dine this lady?" so far, so good, let it roll, let it ride

flying solo 04:26
another broken day comes to an end with these four walls closing in on me again got to find a way to breaking out learn to fly now so the time has come for me to go and for the first time in my life, I'll fly alone I'm right outta here to skies unknown flying solo I'm going back back to a place that I can call my own home back to the real me I was meant to be I'm soaring high above the clouds, I guess I'm flying solo, with the wind and sun in my face now yes I know I'll find my place, I'm goin' to get there someday, travel where my heart leads the way. comes a time in everybody's life when we must search inside ourselves to do what's right dry our tears and face our fears somehow time to fly now so the time has come for me to go and for the first time in my life, I'll fly alone dried my tears and faced my fears somehow

a beacon shining igniting, guiding across the cosmos a pathway for us the polestar rises we will follow undo these cages our urge is primal to somewhere we travel to sit and to wonder into the valley we ride among the prophets we are flowers and silent wings help us fly demons and phantoms chase them away a symbol's planted upon our brow a thread is woven and we surrender we're growing taller beneath every star we endlessly waited we focussed our eyes to climb to a new state of mind holding the fire and within our desire ascend to the light hypnotised let this blindness begin to see burning brightly you are the light in deep emotion forever raging daydreams beginning inside our minds to somewhere we travel to sit and to wonder into the valley we ride leave only stillness no clocks there to measure and witness the passage of time

cathedral 05:38
pray in this place fill the air sweet incense madness calls Cathedral walls and ghostly towers touch the quiet stones tonight silent as the moonlight with whispers from afar stolen from the altar of our love candles flicker and are shimmering pass judgement in the dark

I feel the magic, now when I gaze into your eyes, just like the ocean blue, you have me mesmerized a hundred stories told of the beauty of your soul feel the present, the future or déjà vu? swim the calming waters of Capri to the blue grotto with me, dare to enter its cavern dark once within, you'll surely see everything's blue azure and shades of aquamarine a kaleidoscope, we see now all these things eyes like fiery diamonds in a dead lock now with mine makes me feel I'm flying, on a magic carpet ride don't break in a thousand pieces ragged edges everywhere as we glide and travel round this earth seen the Seven Wonders and this secret we hold near when it comes, we will feel no fear eyes like fiery diamonds held in a dead lock now with mine makes me feel I'm flying, on a magic carpet ride don't break in a thousand pieces with ragged edges everywhere as we glide and travel round this earth

St Louis comes to welcome me the wheels are rolling free safely down, I’m homeward bound took a break and got away but I guess I’m here to stay whatever moves us whatever changes from the start whatever triumphs in the end like the cold November rain reality bites outside our doors this Missouri kind of day as the new day begins think 'bout where I've been an ordinary love affair a bucket list of what to do to myself I must be true Sacramento left a calling card Pasadena and its wide boulevards a faded photograph of you memories that seem to last moving on, I must be strong

towards the Chisholm Trail somewhere near Waco for a hard days pay out from San Antonio Red River Crossing longhorns headed for a train mustangs spread out wide grazing hard to find not on any map carried in your heart and mind t'wards the Kansas railhead cattle men wishing for some rain and Jesse poured another drink just as the sun was going down as the owner of the store pulled up the shade the thunder of the hooves outside dusty window panes by the thousand a trading post for the cavalcade never one for talk kept things to himself beneath the midday sun cracked earth and a trail so long and the years they stole their time and living came harder now to find and Jesse poured another drink just as the sun was going down as the owner of the store pulled up the shade the thunder of the hooves outside dusty window panes by the thousand a trading post for the cavalcade as the sun was going down Jesse poured another drink and the owner of the store pulled up the shade the thunder of the hooves outside dusty window panes by the thousand a trading post for the cavalcade

what if....? 04:28
what if we laughed in the face of fear and got a little younger every year if we could hug the ones we miss what if we reached out with both hands we could all change things here somehow what if we had the chance to shine and rode the train all through the night one day she loves one day she flys oh I can't explain ever since we found each other oh I love you baby don't let me down I'm crazy here don't make me feel a stranger what if we're meant to be together if we're right about each other and you were really made for me what if you change the way you're feeling what if I try to make amends if you had chance would you let it pass took a little less, give a little more back
